Self-Guided Tours

Join our scheduled public tours or ask for a map of the grounds in the Gift Shop and conduct a self-guided tour.

Docent-Led Tours

A docent-led tour makes an incredible difference in the quality of your Mission experience.  The tour allows you to get additional information and stories that are not available in a self-guided tour.  The Mission comes alive when you walk the grounds with someone who knows the history and can answer your individual questions.

For just a $1 more per person ($4/child, $6/adult) you can enhance your Mission visit so that it becomes a Mission Experience. Please call the Gift Shop to arrange for a docent tour or check our calendar for the public docent tour schedule for the month. As we have extremely limited access to a docent, you will need a group of 12 people or more to book a Docent Tour. 

Docent-led tours of the church, museum and grounds are available by appointment. Please call the Gift Shop @ 831.385-4478, ext. 17 to reserve a tour or check our calendar for docent tours opened to the public.
